步移景易
本案基地位於球場境內南麓，南眺員林，自然景觀資源豐富。建築布置於球道之間的山陵坡丘，空間關係緊湊，精準回應陵線及球道之走勢，依坡而築。嵌入地景肌理的建築，其材料、樓版、空間的織成、人景感官則伸入地景中，並以各處自然之景、引入之光做為內部外部場域之融疊。由外向內，亦步亦景轉換的自然場域，襯托建築於南向全然的開闊景觀，與北向的多層次動線地景，織成內部連續穩定的空間質感。
機能之境
建築的存在，來自於機能與感官真實的參與。會所肩負了球務服務、用餐、婚宴、賽事、會展等基礎功能，並以聚會及情感溫度之需要，以空間推輔人景境況之流動。在會所地上一層，地下二層，達三千坪之建築規模中，會所以簇群方式來回應機能與基地自然的全面性，各區量體單元機能及動線之獨立性，與外部環境直接關聯，引領活動及景觀之相互參照及運作。
各向之光則引導了立面開口、垂直向度及地平狀態，創造空間溫暖靜謐的氛圍，如東向沿著北麓第九洞而築的宴會廳，四十米大跨距的連續窗景，將綠景中的東向日出，及西南向的夕照映入，由下而上將光導滿整個空間。建築繼續向東延伸下沉入景，以婚禮露台將儀式沐入光輝中，最神聖自然的祝禱。嘉卿會所的建成，在於提更具有文化深度的生活景致為展望；建築的空間向度，揉合了文化與精神流動於自然景間。
The Movement within Spectacle
Situated between the fairways in the golf field of the south hill where consists of profunds landscape varieties, the architecture arranged according to the trend of the slope orchestrates with the environmental varieties presizing the flow of natural beauty and the movement of elegant golf play. For embedments in the surroundings, the volumes, the floors, the horizon, the inside-outside spatial conditions, the human perceptions, the deployment of materials, are mutually referred to concentrate the state of architecture, the continuous stability and movement in the natural spectacle.
Field of Functions
The existence of architecture derives from the participation of functions and the sense of reality. The clubhouse affords the fundamental demands of service, dining, banquet, tournament and conference in which the space amps the communication of social relationship and affections. For the scale of the three stories high building reaches to ten thousands square meters, the scattered but united entities, which collectively implement for the independence of functions and circulations, not only achieve the totality of natural surroundings, but also associatively function for the coherence of the activities and the specific sceneries.
In other words, the functions are precisely referred to the site conditions. The orientative lights lead to the appearance of the envelope, the vertical stitations, the horizontal flow state and the anchors of places where stand for the special moments.
The column free halls allow the penetration and reflections of light filling the space; the wedding terrace sinks to immerse in the morning glow and sunset dusk, which is honored as the most holy blessing. As the Chia Ching House rises for subliming the activities with culture and nature, the whole architecture and its spatial dimensions are tended to construct the continuous cultural and spiritual flows in nature.
