經過三輪投票及討論下，最終選出五件得獎作品，由「家+庭─獨棟住宅打造的現代家族三合院」贏得最佳單棟住宅首獎，「共居之家」及「House no.1」獲得最佳單棟住宅佳作獎。最佳集合住宅首獎則由「沙崙智慧綠能循環集合住宅園區」贏得，「半畝塘-若蒔山」獲最佳集合住宅佳作獎。
