本文探討阿爾瓦．阿爾托在歐洲1960年代的城市興建運動中，分別在德國工業城狼堡（Wolfsburg），芬蘭中部塞伊奈尤基（Seinäjoki）與芬蘭北端羅瓦涅米（Rovaniemi）完成的三棟圖書館建築，如何延續過去三十年他所完成的四棟圖書館之空間型態，同時在尺度更大的城市涵構中，邁向有機建築的嘗試。（全文請見《實構築季刊》09期）

The article discusses three completed library buildings by Alvar Aalto located in the German industrial city of Wolfsburg, Seinäjoki in central Finland, and Rovaniemi in northern Finland respectively. These works were part of the urban reconstruction movement in Europe during the 1960s. They illustrate his continued spatial experimentation of his four libraries completed thirty years prior. At the same time, they show Alvar Aalto moving towards an organic architecture in larger-scale urban contexts.
