崙坪文化地景園區擁有豐富森林綠帶，園區除了可支持大型地景藝術與文化活動之外，亦提供寧靜優質的日常休閒好去處，讓市民與遊客在這裡得以沉浸於綠色地景環境。

基地舊有建築、基地氛圍特質、現況地形地貌及植被環境等，給予穠纖合宜的梳理，讓新的休閒活動設施與既有的環境元素都能達到恰如其分的和諧之美。

公園入口區的大型半戶外空間，以森林中樹木的葉子為概念，當落葉從樹上落在園區的一角，經過陽光、空氣及與水轉變為殼狀形體；結構設計以曲樑圓拱形為主，形成室內空間構造的秩序，並挑戰大懸臂跨距構造，創造空間的深度，以葉脈交織的線條為天花增加空間的豐富性；空間使用上，適合作為舉辦小型表演與活動的場地，無活動舉辦時則提供為民眾休憩的場所。工程方面，在延伸本區域環境特色及永續循環發展的理念下，透過可永續循環的木材成為本案最核心的結構系統與材料，並運用先進營建膠合木構技術的特殊工法，詮釋嶄新的開放性木構造設施，讓使用者身在其中可以透過五感體驗，感受到空氣、陽光及雨水的開放性公共空間，並與周邊的大樹林相融合。透過園區的地景入口地標，串聯周邊各公共空間，共同形塑一處完善舒適的生活園區，提升移居觀音區之發展潛力。

The project transforms unused military camps into open green spaces. The park can accommodate large landscape artworks and cultural events. It’s also a serene and quality place for daily leisure activities. Citizens and visitors can both enjoy the green landscape.

Existing building, characters, topography, and plants are appropriately reorganized, so new activities can coexist in a harmonious manner.

The large semi-outdoor space at the entrance is inspired by leaves. After leaves fall from trees, they are processed by sunshine, air, and water into shells. Arcs and curved beams form the spatial order under the roof. It also creates depth with large cantilevers. The ceiling resembles leaf veins. This venue can be used for performances, events, or leisure. With environmental features and sustainable development in mind, we choose timber as the core structure and material. With advanced construction techniques, it enables an open wooden facility. Users can feel air flow, sunshine, and rainwater with all their senses. It stands with surrounding trees as a landmark at entrance. It connects with other public spaces as a comfortable park to incentivize population inflows.
